Full job description
Assist with administrative duties such as org chart maintenance, documentation uploading, BOX file organization, process documentation, and other assigned tasks.Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings on internal boards and job sites under supervision. Assess job descriptions submitted by constituents for completion of documents and information.Help schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings. Create polls and surveys to collect data for trainings, meetings, and interviews.Maintain and update HR internal communications.Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement events, onboarding activities.Track and inventory office supplies or onboarding materials. Choose onboarding branded items in collaboration with Assistant Director.Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets as needed, excluding confidential employee information. Create forms and spreadsheets for tracking and streamline purposes.Assist other SCL stakeholders as necessary.
