Full job description
Administer all aspects of hourly student employee onboarding for the Texas Student Experience, including overseeing new hire paperwork, background checks, employment eligibility, and coordination with supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of timesheets within established requirements and deadlines.Act as a student worker subject matter expert, provide high-level expertise to others throughout the portfolio, monitor Workday tasks, and process student appointments.Provide guidance to students and supervisors on student employment policies, regulations, and procedures. Act as liaison with other UT Austin offices and colleges as needed.Provide support to HR Assistant Director. Assist with special projects and process Workday reports and audits as requested. full-time
