Full job description
: This position supports the day-to-day operations and special projects of the McCombs Human Resources team and the Dean's Office. This includes but is not limited to:Maintaining records and information in physical files as well as online storage systems such as UT Box, Microsoft SharePoint, and WorkdayAnswering phones when occasionally covering for the McCombs Dean's Office Front DeskManaging probationary reviews for full-time staff on WorkdayProcessing background checksProcessing job changes for part-time staff and volunteers on WorkdayWorking with Excel and Word to manage data and informationHandling sensitive information with utmost confidentialityAudit staff timesheet submissionsAudit student employee onboarding tasksSpecial projects as assignedSending out monthly reminders to hourly employees to submit their timesheets
