For the Weeks You're Applying Everywhere.

One use is one of these: each message you send Olive, and any reply she starts on her own after the first five each day; one full read of how well you fit one job; any résumé Olive writes for you — tailored to a job, built from your profile, or the improved version of one you upload — but not the upload itself or the review's score and fixes; one cover letter Olive writes for a job, or writes again from scratch (edits you ask for in chat count as messages); one practice interview with Olive, spoken or typed; one Auto-fill run in which AI answers a question — a form with several pages can use one per page. Searching jobs, job alerts, and editing or downloading your résumé never count. Uploading a résumé counts only when Olive writes an improved version, and saving a job only when it starts a fit evaluation, as it does on Plus or through a partner school. A use only counts when Olive delivers it — if something fails on our side, it isn't counted.

On Free, and for members of a partner school, every allowance resets at the start of each month — 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the 1st. Plus allowances follow your billing date instead: a full allowance starts the moment you subscribe, and a new one each time your plan renews, once the renewal is paid. What you used on Free doesn't count against Plus. If Plus ends, you're back on the monthly reset: Free's allowances apply for the rest of that month, and what you used on Plus doesn't count against them.

Yes. Go to Account → Plan → Cancel subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again — except that a failed renewal payment we're already retrying when you cancel can still go through.

No. Members of a partner school or organization get the same allowances as Plus, paid for by their organization — there's nothing to buy. If you signed up with a personal email, link your school account from Account → Profile.

Plus is sold only here, on olive.jobs. Once you subscribe, your Plus allowances apply everywhere you sign in — the iPhone and Android apps and the Chrome extension included.

You keep Plus while the payment is retried, on the allowance of the last period you paid for — a new one starts once the payment goes through. Update your card from Account → Plan; if the payment still can't go through, your account returns to Free.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly — Olive never sees or stores your full card number.
