1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the job-readiness, job-search, AI career assistance, and related services (the "Service") provided by Olive Independent Study, Inc. ("Olive," "we," "us," or "our") and made available through the Olive platform or any other Olive-branded or organization-branded interface.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Olive Independent Study, Inc. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a university or employer), you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf and that the organization agrees to be bound by them.

2. Description of the Service

The Service includes a suite of tools to support job-seeking and professional development. While features may evolve over time, the Service currently includes, or may in the future include, features such as:

  • AI-powered job matching and recommendations
  • Resume parsing, evaluation, and enhancement
  • AI-generated resumes and tailored application materials
  • AI-powered mock interviews and interview feedback
  • Career coaching via text or voice interaction
  • Professional profile building tools
  • Skill assessment and job-readiness scoring
  • Search and filtering of job listings
  • Document generation, analysis, or transformation features
  • User dashboards and progress tracking
  • Organization-managed user access, configuration, or reporting

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality, integration, or compatibility with third-party services.

Some features may be subject to usage allowances that depend on your plan, and we may offer paid subscription plans. Section 10 explains how plans, billing, and usage allowances work.

The Service is not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency. We do not guarantee that you will obtain a job, internship, interview, or any particular career outcome by using the Service.

United States service. The Service is directed to users located in the United States and is operated from the United States, and the information you provide is stored and processed in the United States, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for adults, job-seekers, and university-level students who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with Olive Independent Study, Inc.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Olive has not previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of our Terms or policies.

Use of the Service by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. If we become aware that an account was created or used by a minor under 18, we may terminate the account and delete associated information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information
  • Maintain and promptly update your information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access or suspected compromise
  • Accept responsibility for all actions taken under your account

You may not create an account for another person without their consent, misrepresent your identity, or operate more than one personal account. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

5. User Content and License Grant

You retain ownership of all documents, text, resumes, voice recordings, messages, and other content ("User Content") that you submit to the Service.

You grant Olive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, analyze, modify, reproduce, generate derivative works from, and display your User Content and your Outputs (Section 11) for the purposes of:

  • Operating and improving the Service
  • Providing AI-powered features and coaching
  • Developing, training, evaluating, and improving our AI models and features, as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Generating job matches, resumes, and insights
  • Supporting internal analytics, research, and development
  • Protecting the security and integrity of the Service

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and grant this license, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. You are solely responsible for your User Content, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.

This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational purposes, where it has been incorporated into de-identified or aggregated data that does not identify you, or where it was used to develop or train AI models or features before it was deleted.

6. AI-Powered Features and Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies provided by Olive and third-party vendors (such as infrastructure or model providers). By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, unpredictable, or inappropriate.
  • AI-generated recommendations or feedback do not constitute professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice.
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before using it in job applications or professional settings.
  • Anything you send to an employer must be true. Remove any skill, credential, experience, or result that AI-generated content attributes to you but that you do not have.
  • AI features may rely on or analyze User Content, job listings, metadata, and usage activity.
  • We may update, modify, or restrict AI features without prior notice. Changes to the usage allowances of a paid plan follow Section 10.

Third-party AI providers act as service providers to us and are permitted to use your information only to provide services to Olive, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not, and shall not attempt to:

  • Access the Service using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
  • Circumvent or interfere with security features, authentication systems, or access controls
  • Circumvent usage allowances or rate limits, including by creating additional accounts or guest sessions or by sharing or reselling access to your account
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • Upload malicious code, malware, viruses, or materials that disrupt or damage the Service
  • Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or employment history
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute fraudulent job applications or misleading materials
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users, organizations, or staff
  • Collect information about other users without their consent or in violation of law
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose

We may investigate and take action (including account suspension, termination, and reporting to law enforcement) in response to suspected violations of this section.

8. Third-Party Job Listings and External Websites

The Service may aggregate job listings from third-party sources, including job boards, employer websites, and APIs. Olive does not control and is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or availability of job listings
  • Employer actions, hiring decisions, or job posting validity
  • External website content, terms, or privacy practices
  • The security of external application portals

Your interactions with third-party employers and platforms are solely between you and those parties. Olive is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from reliance on job listings, employer conduct, or external resources.

9. Organizational Accounts and Administrative Access

If you join the Service through a university, employer, or other organization (an "Organization"), the Organization may:

  • Manage or provision your account access
  • View reporting on member activity, including individual reporting that identifies you — your name, account email, most recent activity date, counts of your resumes, saved jobs, practice interviews, and evaluations, and your practice interview and evaluation scores
  • Request removal or deactivation of user accounts
  • Provide branding or optional configuration for its users

Organizations do not have access to the content of your private conversations, your resume documents, or your practice interview transcripts, except as expressly authorized by you or made available through dedicated organizational tools or settings, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Olive is not the custodian of official academic records. Educational information that you provide yourself (such as GPA on a resume) is processed as User Content under these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and is not an education record under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA").

Separately, an educational institution may designate Olive as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest and provide Olive with education records about you. Where it does, Olive handles those records under that institution's direction, uses them only for the purposes the institution authorizes, and does not redisclose them except as permitted by FERPA or required by law. Educational institutions remain responsible for their own compliance with FERPA and other applicable laws.

How access that an Organization provides is paid for, and when it ends, is described in Section 10.I.

10. Paid Plans, Billing, and Usage Allowances

You can use the Service without paying, and we may also offer paid subscription plans. This Section explains how plans, payments, and usage allowances work. The plan, price, and renewal terms shown to you at checkout before you buy are part of these Terms.

A. Plans

  • Free. You can use the Service at no charge, within the usage allowances described in Section 10.H. If you use the Service as a guest, without signing in, smaller allowances apply, and some features require a free account.
  • Plus. Olive Jobs Plus ("Plus") is a paid subscription, billed monthly, with larger usage allowances than the Free plan. Plus does not provide unlimited use of the Service: a feature with an allowance is limited to it, and a feature shown as "Unlimited" on Plus remains subject to rate limits and fair use (Section 10.H).
  • Organization-provided access. If an Organization provides your access, you are not charged for it. Section 10.I explains how it works.

Plus is available to residents of the United States. Before you subscribe, we show you the price of Plus and what it includes. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

B. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

Plus is billed monthly, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the monthly price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, on the day you subscribe and on each renewal date after that. Your "renewal date" is the same day of each following month, or the last day of a month that has no such day.

Your Plus subscription renews automatically every month, and we will charge your payment method the then-current monthly price, plus any applicable tax, on each renewal date until you cancel. There is no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time as described in Section 10.C.

Before you subscribe, we ask you to agree to the automatic renewal by ticking a box beside its terms, separately from your agreement to these Terms, and we keep a record of that agreement, as our Privacy Policy describes. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation of the renewal terms, our cancellation policy, and how to cancel. While your subscription continues to renew, we email you a reminder of its terms at least once a year.

You must use a payment method that you are authorized to use and keep its details current. You can update it on our website under Account → Plan → Manage subscription. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.

C. Cancellation

You can cancel Plus online at any time on our website, under Account → Plan → Cancel subscription. You do not need to contact us to cancel, but if you have trouble, email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep Plus until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan, unless an Organization provides your access. You are not charged again, except that a renewal payment we are already retrying when you cancel (Section 10.G) may still be collected, because it is for a billing period that has already begun. Deleting our mobile app, uninstalling our browser extension, or not using the Service does not cancel your subscription.

Deleting your account, whether you do it yourself or ask us to, cancels your subscription immediately, and the rest of that billing period is not refunded except where required by law (see Section 14).

D. Refunds

Except where required by law or stated in these Terms, payments are non-refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for allowances you did not use, or for time in which you did not use Plus. We may choose to give a refund or credit in a particular case; doing so does not oblige us to do the same again.

If we discontinue Plus or the Service, or end your subscription for any reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the law where you live to cancel a purchase or to receive a refund.

E. Price Changes

We may change the price of Plus. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and we will send any additional notice that the law where you live requires. The new price takes effect on your first renewal date after that notice period; it never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal date and you will not be charged it. If you do not cancel, your subscription continues at the new price.

F. Taxes

Prices do not include taxes unless we say so. You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes that apply to your purchase. Where we are required to collect a tax, we add it to the amount we charge you and show it at checkout or on your receipt or invoice.

G. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it over the following weeks, and we or Stripe will let you know, by email or in your account, so that you can update your payment method under Account → Plan → Manage subscription. You keep Plus while we retry. If the payment still has not gone through after the final retry, your subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan. You remain responsible for amounts that were due.

H. Usage Allowances and Fair Use

Some AI-powered features — such as messages to Olive, fit evaluations, AI-written or tailored resumes, cover letters, practice interviews, and browser-extension autofills — may be limited to a number of uses in each usage period (an "allowance"). Allowances depend on your plan. Your account shows your current allowances, what you have used, and when they reset.

  • Usage periods. Allowances are counted over a usage period, and every allowance resets when the next period begins. On Plus, the usage period is your billing period: a full Plus allowance starts when you subscribe, and a new one starts each time your subscription renews, once that renewal is paid (Section 10.B). While we retry a failed renewal payment (Section 10.G), the allowance of the last billing period you paid for continues until the payment goes through. On the Free plan, with organization-provided access, and for guest use, the usage period is the calendar month, and allowances reset on the first day of each month at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
  • Changing plans. When you subscribe to Plus, a full Plus allowance starts right away; what you used before you subscribed does not count against it. When Plus ends and your account moves to the Free plan, you return to the calendar-month usage period: the Free allowances apply for the rest of that month, what you used outside Plus earlier in the month counts against them, and what you used on Plus does not. Moving between the Free plan, organization-provided access, and guest use does not change the usage period, so what you have already used that month still counts.
  • Guest use. Guest sessions have smaller allowances, and some allowances are shared by all guest sessions on the same network.
  • Features shown as "Unlimited" or "Not included." A plan may offer a feature without an allowance, which we show as "Unlimited": we still count your uses of it, but we do not refuse a request because of how many times you have used it in the usage period. A feature shown as "Unlimited" remains subject to rate limits and fair use, described below. A plan may also not include a feature, which we show as "Not included": it cannot be used on that plan, though it may be available with a free account or on another plan.
  • Rate limits. To protect the Service, we limit how many requests can be made in a short time or in a single day. Rate limits are separate from allowances and apply on every plan, including to a feature shown as "Unlimited".
  • No carryover. Unused allowances do not carry over to the next period, are not refundable, and have no cash value.
  • Changes to allowances. We may increase allowances at any time. If we reduce an allowance included in a paid plan — including by setting an allowance for a feature shown as "Unlimited", or by no longer including a feature — or change a paid plan's allowances or usage periods in any other way that is not in your favor, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and tell you how to cancel, and the change will take effect on your first renewal date after that notice period; you may cancel before then. We may change the allowances of the Free plan and of guest use at any time, and your account always shows the current ones.
  • Fair use. Allowances, and features shown as "Unlimited", are for your own use of the Service. You may not share or resell your account or its allowances, create additional accounts or guest sessions to get more, or use scripts or other automated means, other than our own apps and browser extension, to consume them. Apart from rate limits, we do not restrict a feature shown as "Unlimited" because of how much you use it, but we may limit or suspend features, or terminate accounts, that abuse allowances or "Unlimited" features or otherwise break these rules, as described in Sections 7 and 14.

I. Organization-Provided Access

If an Organization provides your access to the Service:

  • Your access is covered by the Organization's arrangement with us, and you are not charged for it. You receive the allowances we set for organization members, and you cannot buy Plus while that access continues.
  • Organization-provided access ends when you leave the Organization or the Organization stops providing access. Your account then moves to the Free plan, unless you have your own Plus subscription.
  • If you have your own Plus subscription when you join an Organization, we set it to end at the close of its current billing period, and from when you join, the allowances for organization members apply in place of Plus allowances. You are not charged again, except that a renewal payment we are already retrying when you join (Section 10.G) may still be collected, because it is for a billing period that began before you joined. A personal subscription is between you and us: your Organization does not pay for it and cannot cancel it for you, and you can cancel it at any time on our website under Account → Plan.

J. Purchases on Our Website Only

Plus is sold only on our website. Our mobile apps and browser extension do not sell subscriptions or take payments. Apple, Google, and other app store operators are not parties to your subscription and are not responsible for it, including its billing, cancellation, or refunds. Your plan applies to your Olive account wherever you sign in, including in our mobile apps and browser extension.

K. Billing Questions and Chargebacks

If you believe we charged you in error, contact us at [email protected]. Most billing problems can be fixed quickly, so please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. If you do dispute a charge (a "chargeback"), we may suspend your Plus subscription while the dispute is open, or cancel it, and we may give Stripe and your card issuer information about your account, your subscription, and your use of the Service to respond to the dispute.

L. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials, discounted prices, or promotion codes. The terms of any such offer — including how long it lasts, what you will pay when it ends, and when you will first be charged — are shown at checkout before you subscribe and form part of these Terms. Unless you cancel before a free trial or promotional period ends, your subscription continues at the regular price shown at checkout, and we will send you any reminder before it ends that the law requires. Offers may be limited to new subscribers or to one per person, have no cash value, and cannot be combined unless we say so.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its software, design, features, AI models, algorithms, templates, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Olive Independent Study, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license granted by these Terms, nothing grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its intellectual property. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
  • Use Olive trademarks or branding without written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service itself, or offer Outputs produced for other people as a commercial service (for example, a resume-writing, coaching, or recruiting business), unless we agree in writing
  • Use the Service or its Outputs to develop, train, or improve an AI model or a competing product
  • Scrape or automatically extract data, Outputs, or job listings from the Service
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Outputs. Content the Service generates for you — such as resumes, cover letters, resume bullets, and interview feedback ("Outputs") — is yours to use. As between you and Olive, and to the extent permitted by law, you own your Outputs, and we assign to you any rights we have in them. You may use your Outputs for any lawful purpose, including in your own job applications. Outputs may not be unique: other users may receive similar content, and this assignment does not cover content generated for anyone else. Job listings and other third-party content shown in the Service are not Outputs. Our templates, underlying AI logic, and generation systems remain our property, and Section 5 describes the license you give us to use your Outputs.

12. Service Changes, Updates, and Availability

Except as Section 10 provides for paid plans, we may modify, update, discontinue, or restrict the Service (or any part of it) at any time, without liability to you. This may include:

  • Adding or removing features
  • Changing system requirements
  • Improving or adjusting AI feature behavior
  • Performing maintenance or security updates
  • Limiting access to certain users or regions

The Service may experience interruptions, downtime, delays, or data loss. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation.

13. Feedback and Suggestions

If you choose to submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions ("Feedback"), you grant Olive a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback without obligation to you. You acknowledge that we may already be working on similar concepts internally.

14. Termination and Account Closure

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using any available account deletion tools. If your account is provided or managed through an Organization (Section 9), self-service deletion is not available while you are a member; ask your Organization (for example, your school) to remove you, or contact us. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Any paid subscription is canceled immediately and will not renew; refunds are covered by Sections 10.C and 10.D
  • Your information, including your User Content, will be deleted, anonymized, or retained as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Some information may persist temporarily in backups or logs for security, legal, or operational requirements

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your activity poses risk to the Service or our users
  • We discontinue the Service
  • You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal behavior

If we terminate your account because you violated these Terms or engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal behavior, any paid subscription ends without a refund. If we terminate it for any other reason, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS
  • CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION
  • SECURITY OR ERROR-FREE FUNCTIONALITY

We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs (including resumes, interview feedback, job matches, and insights) will be correct, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating all outputs before use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in such cases, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OLIVE INDEPENDENT STUDY, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS
  • LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT
  • JOB APPLICATION OUTCOMES OR EMPLOYMENT RESULTS
  • DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • $100 USD
  • THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS (IF ANY)

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; where prohibited, those limitations will not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Olive Independent Study, Inc. from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights
  • Your misuse of AI-generated content
  • Your interactions with employers or job platforms

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND NOT IN COURT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BELOW.

A. Agreement to Arbitrate

You and Olive agree that all disputes (except as identified below) shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

B. Exceptions to Arbitration

The following disputes may be brought in court instead of arbitration:

  • Intellectual property disputes
  • Violations of the Acceptable Use section of these Terms (Section 7) or interference with the Service
  • Claims qualifying for small claims court in your local jurisdiction

C. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND OLIVE AGREE THAT ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.

D. Opt-Out Option

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of accepting these Terms by mailing written notice to:

Olive Independent Study, Inc. ATTN: Arbitration Opt-Out 800 Peachtree Rd NE, 8208 Atlanta, GA 30308

Your notice must include your full name, address, and account email. If you opt out of arbitration, this Section 19 will not apply to you, but the remainder of these Terms will continue to apply.

E. Governing Law

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration provision.

20. General Terms

A. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and the plan, price, and offer terms shown to you when you buy a paid plan, constitute the entire agreement between you and Olive regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or representations.

B. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

C. Waiver

Olive's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

D. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Olive may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction.

E. Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution—will remain in effect.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (such as via email or in-app banners).

If a change materially affects a paid subscription you already have, including a change to its price or a reduction in its allowances, we will notify you before it takes effect, as described in Section 10, and you may cancel before it applies to you.

Your continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
