Our mission
Olive is an AI company with a simple thesis: the most dangerous bias is the kind you can't see. Our parent company, olive.is, builds tools that make high-risk AI usage measurable, reproducible, and fair, from dialect-preserving speech recognition to bias diagnostics across language models.
Olive Jobs is where that mission meets the real world. Job seekers interact with AI-powered systems every day: ATS filters, automated screening, keyword scanners. We believe those tools should work for candidates, not against them.
Our team
We're a team of students and recent grads who lived through the internship grind: the mass-applying, the résumé black holes, the months of silence. We built the tool we wished we had.
We're not a job board and we don't sell your data to recruiters. Our goal is simple: get you a job. Everything we ship exists to make that happen faster and with less stress.
