Olive is a voice AI company building for meaning rather than words. Our parent company, olive.is, hears what a transcript drops — the pause, the stretch, the inflection — so it understands what you mean, not just what you said. That's why Olive Jobs is voice-first: you say more out loud than you'd ever type.

We're a team who lived through the job hunt: the mass-applying, the résumé black holes, the months of silence. We built the tool we wished we had.
We're not a job board and we don't sell your data to recruiters. Our goal is simple: get you a job. Everything we ship exists to make that happen faster and with less stress.
Olive was founded by Jacob Justice, Drake Kelly, Ella McChesney, and Bill Nguyen, and is backed by Owl Ventures and the Georgia Tech Foundation. Olive Jobs, this platform, was created by Drake Kelly, and the same small team builds and runs it today.
