The Role
Job Description
What you’ll Bring
You lead complex, multi-workstream programs and take full ownership from mobilization to close. Your experience is built on delivering complex programs at scale — with discipline, quality, and accountability. You plan with rigor, execute at scale, and navigate conflict to bring complex programs home. You navigate complex stakeholder conflicts with maturity — building consensus across teams, vendors, and customers. A degree in business, technology, or a related field — or equivalent experience — supports your profile.
-
Hands-on agentic AI practice — evaluating outputs for quality, driving adoption, and applying AI-assisted automation.
-
Project management certification requires PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent framework.
-
Proven expertise governing complex programs on a scale, with full ownership of quality, cost, and delivery.
-
A track record of engaging senior executive stakeholders and maintaining accountability across multi-workstream programs.
-
Knowledge of SAP delivery tools — Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Integrated Toolchain, and Agile methods.
What you’ll Build
In this role, you have to offer end-to-end delivery of the market unit's most complex programs. You hold full accountability for program outcomes — from planning through to business value realization. Your role spans complex program delivery, cross-team alignment, and building project management talent. You set the standard for governance, quality, and how program delivery gets done.
-
Lead project planning and execution — from initiation and scope definition through to successful handover.
-
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and executive status reviews, maintaining accountability to program commitments.
-
Manage escalations and stakeholder conflict — resolving risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
-
Own project financial performance — managing budgets, forecasts, and resource plans against delivery milestones.
-
Mentor junior project managers, raise delivery standards, and build capability across the delivery team.
Where you Belong
The Northeast-Canada Market Unit handles some of SAP's most complex, high-stakes programs in North America. You are the person the customer counts on when complex programs need to succeed. Program leaders here earn their reputation through disciplined execution and the trust they build. Your work directly drives delivery outcomes that matter to both the customer and SAP.
