Full job description
Description
Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to households/businesses across the planet. Our finance team closely partners to support this program as part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery business, providing critical decision support and financial planning and analysis. We are seeking a talented Finance Manager to own the financial position on DSP pricing, offers, and program investment for Americas, sizing program investments and delivering the end-to-end financial perspective that enables leadership to make informed decisions on the largest cost levers in the DSP program.
The Finance Manager, DSP Americas, Pricing, Offers & Program Investment, owns rate card economics end-to-end including hourly base rate, seasonal incentives, wage analysis, and route economics, spanning all carriers across US, CA, and LATAM. You will own the financial position on DSP offers and program investments, lead financial analysis for Ignite Live announcements, and provide financial modeling for emerging initiatives and new delivery programs including change management. Core responsibilities include weekly WBR commentary, quarterly and annual planning, seasonal incentive scenario analysis, and OP entitlement sizing, partnering with business and program leadership to inform strategic investments and cost optimization across DSP Americas.
The role operates in an environment where strategy is often undefined, requiring the finance team to build frameworks with minimal predefined operational assumptions. The Finance Manager carries a dual mandate: maintaining rigorous financial controllership on rate card decisions while actively driving cost-to-serve improvement in service of a healthy, sustainable DSP program. These objectives are often in tension, requiring sound judgment to balance immediate cost savings, long-term partner relationship health, DSP and Driver sentiment, and legal compliance risk. The Finance Manager independently partners with senior leaders across multiple organizations to influence strategic decisions, challenge business partner plans, and set financial requirements that hold teams accountable. Strong communication skills and executive presence are essential to influence without authority spanning multiple lines of business.
