Pediatric Epilepsy Nurse Navigator - 10 Hour Days

Cedars-Sinai, ranked among the top hospitals in the nation, is seeking an experienced registered nurse to serve as a Pediatric EpilepsyNurse Navigator within the Guerin Children’s Epilepsy Program . This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented nurse who excels in patient care coordination, workflow optimization, and electronic patient tracking .

The PEDS Epilepsy Nurse Navigator will play a critical role in managing patient progression from referral through consultation, diagnostic testing, intervention, and post-procedure follow-up . This position requires strong collaboration with physicians, , Advanced Practice Providers, schedulers, and to ensure timely and efficient patient care.

Qualifications

Education;

• CA Registered Nurse

• Bachelors required

Experience

• 3 years Experience in an acute care setting (transplant, cancer, breast, emergency, pre-natal); preferred experience with program development and implementation of navigator programs. - minimum

Licenses and Certifications

• RN State License - Upon Hire minimum Registered Nurse

• ANCC Specialty Certification - 1 Year minimum Professional Certification in area of specialty

Qualifications;

• Minimum of three years of experience in outpatient nursing, case management, or care coordination .

• Experience working with PEDS

• Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage complex patient workflows.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills .
