Description

We offer two unique care settings, giving you the opportunity to choose the path that fits your passion and grow your career along the way: Brothers of Mercy Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

Prefer a more hands-on clinical role? In our skilled nursing and rehab setting, LPNs are at the heart of daily care delivery.

What you’ll do:

  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments with precision and care

  • Perform ongoing resident assessments and report changes in condition

  • Provide direct nursing care in partnership with CNAs

  • Support short-term rehab patients as they recover and return home

  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with nurses, therapy, and physicians

Monthly, 48 hrs minimum

Qualifications

  • Current NY State LPN License or RN License required

  • Positive, dependable, and caring with a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to provide high-quality care while following established procedures and safety standards

  • Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
