Your Impact: The EMS Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of a transfer-only EMS program based at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. This role combines operational leadership and direct patient care, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant interfacility and discharge transports. The Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, payroll oversight, interviewing and onboarding, coaching and corrective action, supply and fleet readiness, crew quarters upkeep, and weekly/monthly performance reporting. * High school diploma/GED * Valid CT Driver's License * Valid State of Connecticut EMT or Paramedic License * Valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider CPR certification * 3 years of EMS experience * 1 years of supervisory experience preferred With locations around the state, Hartford HealthCare offers exciting opportunities for career development and growth.
