  • Identify, escalate, and track risk items and control gaps, ensuring timely resolution and clear accountability.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process documentation, standardization, and stakeholder feedback loops.

  • Coordinate cross-functional program delivery, timelines, and communications for initiatives and enhancements.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelors degree

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in expense management, program management, business management, operations, or controls-focused roles.

  • Demonstrated program or project management experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence across levels.

  • Proven ability to understand, structure, and improve complex processes and systems in a global environment.

  • Strong risk and control mindset, with experience operating in a compliance-focused environment.

  • Experience delivering automation or artificial intelligence-enabled process improvements.

  • Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple countries or regions.

  • Strong SharePoint skills or experience building simple, scalable enablement content for internal users.

  • Experience developing and running training programs for operational or policy-driven processes.
