Job Description

Help shape how Control Management delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes through modern data, design, and intelligent tooling. In this role, you will lead program execution across product and technology partners while keeping governance routines, roadmaps, and releases moving forward. You will turn priorities into clear plans, milestones, and transparent reporting that enables informed decisions. You will build strong partnerships across technology, data, and control stakeholders to deliver a cohesive experience and measurable results.

As a Vice President, Program Management in the Controls Room team within Control Management, you coordinate product and technology initiatives and translate priorities into clear delivery plans, governance routines, and senior stakeholder reporting. You will work with us to ensure roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and release activities are well-defined and executed in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will partner across product owners, data science, reporting, technology teams, and control stakeholders to strengthen alignment and transparency. Job responsibilities

  • Lead coordination across product and technology workstreams, ensuring deliverables, milestones, and dependencies are defined, tracked, and executed.

  • Lead alignment across business, product, technology, and risk/control stakeholders to resolve cross-program dependencies and remove execution barriers.

  • Execute program routines that translate priorities into actionable plans, integrated roadmaps, governance cadences, and measurable outcomes.

  • Facilitate workshops and intake forums to assess change requests, confirm impacts, and align priorities to the roadmap.

  • Manage program scorecards and milestone tracking, including alignment across product-owned processes and the broader program scorecard.

  • Coordinate release planning and release readiness routines, including milestone management, stakeholder coordination, and execution reporting.

  • Coordinate data migration planning and production go-live activities, including readiness checkpoints, issue resolution, and post-implementation follow-up.

  • Identify and escalate delivery, operational, and control risks; coordinate mitigation plans and ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement.

  • Produce governance materials and stakeholder communications, including agendas, meeting notes, decision logs, action tracking, and executive updates.

  • Produce delivery and release reporting, including feature scorecards, status updates, dependency tracking, and escalation summaries.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, product operations, technology delivery, business management, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with program governance, milestone tracking, roadmap management, release planning, and structured change intake routines.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with product owners and technology teams to manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.

  • Demonstrated executive communication skills, including creating concise, decision-oriented updates and governance-ready materials.

  • Demonstrated experience preparing scorecards, dashboards, meeting materials, release reporting, action logs, and decision logs.

  • Demonstrated facilitation skills, including leading governance meetings, working sessions, and prioritization discussions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting control management, operational risk, technology risk, or regulatory, audit, or control-related initiatives.

  • Experience managing product and technology scorecards, release readiness activities, go-live planning, or migration activities.

  • Familiarity with enterprise delivery environments, including product roadmaps, data changes, reference data processes, and production readiness activities.

  • Experience simplifying complex delivery information into clear executive messaging and actionable next steps.

  • Familiarity with pod-based delivery models from intake through prioritization, build, testing, release, go-live, and adoption.

  • Experience coordinating delivery for artificial intelligence-enabled product integrations across the development lifecycle, including milestones, dependencies, readiness activities, and outcomes.
