About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) across all day-to-day activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role provides standard admin support to the CRO (scheduling, travel, meeting management) plus a heavy focus on managing projects, processes, and operating priorities across the team. The successful candidate will act as an extension of the CRO – building strong working relationships across the organization as a whole, anticipating needs, and connecting the dots to drive initiatives forward independently.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Calendar Management & Travel
-
Own the CRO’s calendar as a strategic asset: align time with business priorities, decide which meetings, escalations, and requests reach the CRO, and rebalance proactively as priorities shift.
-
Coordinate domestic and international travel, and process expenses accurately and in line with policy, using systems and automation where possible so this doesn’t dominate the role.
Commercial Operating Rhythm
-
Run the CRO’s recurring cadence: planning cycles, pipeline and forecast reviews, leadership meetings, people initiatives. Prepare agendas and briefings, make sure the right inputs and owners are in place, and track decisions and actions to completion.
-
Lead or support projects on the CRO’s behalf, such as sales kickoffs, process improvements, product/tech updates, and reporting. Act as a true PM who spots risks, gaps, and opportunities, keeps projects moving, and shares updates/status proactively.
-
Own planning and execution for all-hands meetings and leadership off-sites, including agenda design, presentation materials, budget, logistics coordination and follow-up.
Communication and Representation:
-
Act as a trusted voice for the CRO with other Genius executives, the Commercial organization, and with external partners and clients.
-
Draft communications, handle inquiries independently, and escalate only what needs the CRO’s attention.
-
Help the CRO manage priority client and partner relationships by preparing for meetings, tracking commitments, and coordinating executive engagement.
-
Build and use strong working relationships across the organization to remove blockers, gather context, and keep the CRO informed.
-
Handle sensitive commercial, financial, and people information with discretion, using sound judgment on what to communicate, when, and to who.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience providing Executive level support or business partnering, ideally within a Commercial / Sales function.
-
Prior experience working in media, technology, or related industries.
-
Proven examples of using a forward-thinking, resourceful approach to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
-
Exceptional ability to manage time, multitask, and prioritize effectively under pressure.
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and diplomatic demeanor.
-
Demonstrated ability to build trust and foster relationships across all levels of an organization.
-
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail across all work.
-
Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), integrated AI tools (Claude, Co-Pilot, or other), travel and expense management systems, and advanced calendar management tools. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
-
Travel: Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
The salary for this role is based on an annualized range of $90,000-$120,000 USD. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
