WE’RE HIRING CAREGIVERS! Join Executive Home Care of North County and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and families in our community.

As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, personalized in-home care while building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

💰 Pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour ⏰ Flexible 4–12 hour shifts 📍 North County

  • Caring, compassionate, and dependable individuals

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to follow individualized care plans

  • Commitment to providing person-centered care

  • Caregiving or related experience preferred

  • CPR & First Aid certification preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check

🏡 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

  • Provide medication reminders

  • Prepare meals and support proper nutrition and hydration

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Assist with errands, appointments, and social activities as needed

  • Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment

  • Observe and report changes in a client's condition

  • Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team
