Full job description
Own the growth strategy: Define an integrated plan to accelerate Copilot Studio usage-based consumption revenue. Turn data into action: Partner with Product, Finance and Data Science teams to define the growth funnel and leading indicator. Drive continuous performance: Champion consumption revenue performance across weekly and monthly performance reviews across sales, product, and marketing. Lead priority growth initiatives: Lead cross-functional v-teams to drive strategy alignment and execution on growth initiatives, inclusive of business model and change management. Activate field and channel: Work with Field Enablement, MCAPS and partners to ensure go-to-market (GTM) supports Copilot Studio's growth goals. You should be able to: Set direction, create alignment, and drive execution through others without direct authority. Demonstrate proven v-team leadership experience :Make sense from often ambiguous environment and effectively prioritize your work Show proven ability to get deep on new products in a fast/constantly changing area: Be outcome orientated and leverage the work of others Embody our Culture and Values Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in growth, business strategy, consumption or related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in growth, business strategy, consumption or related roles Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years growth, business strategy, consumption or related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in growth, business strategy, consumption or related roles OR equivalent experience. Experience partnering with engineering and technical stakeholders Experience building agents or AI Systems using tools like Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.
