Join the 20-bed Intermediate/Intensive Care Unit at Kernersville Medical Center , where you'll provide high-acuity, patient-centered care to critically ill and medically complex patients. Work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on advanced assessment, continuous monitoring and delivering safe, high-quality care to patients with complex clinical needs.

Facility: Kernersville Medical Center | Location: Kernersville, NC | Position Type: Full-Time | Work Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, Night Shift

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and medically complex patients

  • Perform comprehensive and continuous patient assessments

  • Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition

  • Manage advanced monitoring and life-support equipment

  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care

  • Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment and recovery

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

  • Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.

  • Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
