THE OPPORTUNITY
WHAT YOU’LL DO In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support execution of Facilities Training strategy and programs.
- Execute rollout of Certified Trade Skills (CTS) programs across Facilities teams.
- Lead workshops and hands-on training sessions to support technician development and certification.
- Coordinate manufacturer-led training sessions and ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Support development and rollout of technical training programs for internal technicians.
- Assist in onboarding and upskilling technicians, including those transitioning from restaurant operations roles.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including digital content, job aids, and facilitator guides.
- Support LMS implementation and ensure content is deployed, accessible, and up to date.
- Assist in integrating training with operational systems such as CMMS, asset tracking, and reporting tools.
- Track training performance metrics, including participation, certification progress, and operational impact (e.g., FTF, downtime).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align training with business initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or related field.
- Experience developing and delivering training content.
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools preferred.
- Experience in facilities, operations, or multi-unit environments preferred.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail.
PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $87,000.00–$120,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
