Optimizing catering and vendor logistics for recurring and one-time club events across all CS student organizations.Processing and tracking ~10 vendor orders weekly via America To Go and direct vendor correspondence, providing proactive status updates to student organizations throughout the fulfillment process.Submitting department purchase requests and routing invoices to the department accounting team for timely payment processing,Reconciling event-level spending against approved student organization budgets.Serving as a main liaison between student org leadership, vendors, and department financial staff.
