Assist with the planning and execution of university events, including signature football weekends, donor events, and special projects.Assist with assembling, organizing, and preparing welcome gifts, favors, and branded materials.Help maintain detailed production schedules, timelines, and task lists.Support event logistics such as rental, dcor, signage, and vendor coordination.Assist with basic budget tracking, invoice organization, and post-event documentation.Provide on-site event support as needed, including setup, guest assistance, and event breakdown.Work closely with the Senior Events Manager and University Events team to gain exposure to all phases of event planning.Other duties as assigned.
