University Panhellenic Council (UPC) Primary Recruitment SupportAssistwith vetting Potential New Members (PNMs) to ensure eligibilityand verifygrades .Support data management and recruitmentlogistics.Assistin preparing recruitment materials, communications, and timelines.Serve as a resource to potential new membersregardingrecruitment expectations, policies, and processes.Provide guidance to theUniversityPanhellenic Council officers related to recruitment planning and execution.Support educational initiatives that promote ethical recruitment and values-based decision making.Event Planning and ImplementationAssistin planning and coordinating Texas Greek Block Party, includinglogistics, and vendor coordination.Assistin the creation of a post-event assessment.Orientation and Office SupportAssistwith summer orientation efforts including presentations on behalf of Sorority and Fraternity Life.Support ongoing projects that enhance Sorority and Fraternity Life.
