Full job description

1️⃣ About Complete Complete helps candidates, employees and teams navigate the opaqueness of compensation. We've done this by reimagining the offer letter experience (replacing those boring PDFs 😩), internal rewards tools, and the compensation planning platforms themselves. Today, we work with dozens of companies, including growth-stage companies like Convex and TrueNorth, as well as established companies like Vercel and DataStax. We’ve evaluated over 5,000 salaries and employee records to help our customers retain their top talent, as well as hold their teams accountable to their own best practices. We are looking for creative, thoughtful, and passionate team members to support our design-first team in our mission of making compensation more transparent. 2️⃣ Responsibilities

  • Identify user needs and translate business goals into product opportunities. Collaborate with product and founders to incorporate user and customer feedback.
  • Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking.
  • Interpret and distill complex strategies and requirements, and visually depict the ideal user experience.
  • Define product information architecture. Create wireframes, library of templates, and prototypes that illustrate key product interactions. Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma, motion design platform of choice).
  • Have deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns to ensure brand, visual and interactive cohesion across products, platforms, and scenarios.
  • Express and execute realistic behaviors, interactions, movements and materials through interactive prototypes — keeping in mind accessibility.
  • Proactively build strong relationships with engineering partners, researchers, writers, and fellow product teams throughout the design process

3️⃣ Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with product design.
  • Excellent visual and/or interaction design skills.
  • Systems-thinker with the ability to think beyond the pixels and design.
  • Demonstrated ability to help a team navigate ambiguity, set vision and strategy for global products.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 💪 Bonus: entrepreneurial experience.
  • 💪 Bonus: takes ownership to help the team succeed.
  • 💪 Bonus: experience with enterprise AND consumer applications.
