Full job description
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer-packaged goods industry, is seeking a Product and Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Product and Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Product Management department supporting commercial business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Product and Pricing Analyst
Location: St. Louis, MO
Work schedule: 40 hours/week. Full-time onsite Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.

What's the Job?

Support the development and management of data products related to product and pricing domains.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for data-driven solutions.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Perform data validation, functional testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy.

Utilize SQL and analytical tools to investigate data issues, verify requirements, and support troubleshooting efforts.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods space.

Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for development teams.

Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
