Full job description
Mission We give growing brands the confidence, defensibility, and predictability to buy and execute real world advertising like the strategic channel it is.
Vision Be the strategic partner who has built the intelligence layer for brands to confidently extend their omnichannel campaigns into the real world.
Values - how we work
- We obsess over the customer's real problem
- Chase, say, do
- Move with urgency and intention
- Build with transparency
- Become the standard
- Bring the juice
Value Alignment Onescreen hires and develops people with a builder's mindset: curiosity about how things actually work, a habit of pulling the thread past the first explanation to the structural cause, systems thinking that asks "what's the most efficient way to do this" before "how do I do this," and a discomfort with the status quo that shows up as extending the system instead of routing around it. We're services-led today, by design, but our enterprise value depends on proving a scalable platform model — which means every workaround, stale export, or side-doc this role creates or notices is a signal worth surfacing, not a convenience worth keeping quiet. This role is evaluated on the builder's mindset as directly as it's evaluated on its core responsibilities.
About the role This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for an experienced marketer who loves to make things happen. You'll coordinate content, social, events, and campaigns; keep projects moving across contractors and agency partners; and help the team show up consistently and on brand. You'll report to the CMO and work closely with sales, and you'll get real exposure to how a modern B2B marketing team builds pipeline. If you want to be a marketing leader in the future, this is a great role for you.
Key responsibilities Content, Social + Customers
- Drive engagement and campaigns through the ownership of all social channels, and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Maintain the content calendar across channels (thought leadership, case studies, email, and more) and keep deadlines on track
- Coordinate with customers on case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing: scheduling interviews, gathering assets, and managing approvals
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for content contractors and agency partners: sharing briefs, tracking deliverables, and flagging issues early
- Help build and update sales enablement materials, including one-pagers, decks, and campaign collateral
- Own the website: content, updates, and any contractors we use for the back end.
Event Support
- Be the connective tissue for all the resources that put on our events: the go-to person for contractors, making sure every workstream is running. You are the captain of the ship
- Produce event collateral and help execute pre- and post-event outreach and follow-up
- As needed: be on-site to help Onescreen show up in the real world the way we help our customers do
Campaigns + Reporting
- Support demand generation programs across paid, owned, and partner channels by building emails, landing pages, and lists in HubSpot and Claude
- Help sales launch campaigns tailored to our ICP segments
- Pull regular performance reports from GA4 and HubSpot and share what's working, what isn't, and what we could test next
- Keep CRM data, lists, and campaign tracking clean and organized
Brand Standards
- Know our brand guidelines inside and out, and apply them consistently across every channel, campaign, and piece of collateral
- QA everything before it goes out (copy, links, design, and formatting) so the quality bar stays high
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, media, or advertising
- A real love for creative: you have opinions about what good looks like and you're eager to sharpen your eye
- Detail-oriented and highly organized: you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping anything
- Data-curious: you're comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards, and want to learn how marketing activity connects to pipeline
- AI fluency: you're actively using AI in your day-to-day, thinking critically about the output, and eager to keep learning
- Strong writing skills and an instinct for messaging that actually lands
- Clear, proactive communicator who's comfortable working with customers, contractors, and sales
- A self-starter with a bias for action: you take initiative and follow through
- Someone who understands that the best marketing builds confidence, not just clicks
Comfort with the following is a plus. These are the tools we work in every day (and we'll help you get sharper in all of them):
- HubSpot (CRM, email, and landing pages)
- Canva (creative production and brand assets)
- Claude (AI-assisted content and research)
- LinkedIn, Instagram, and other major social platforms
- GA4 or equivalent analytics tools
Location & Compensation
- Location: Boston
- Base Salary Range: $80,000 + Corporate Variable Bonus (Target 10%) + Health Benefits
