Full job description
Description 📍 Location: Boston in office 3 days/ week 🎯 Team: Marketing 🤝 Reports to: VP Demand Generation
About Blink Globally, 80% of workers don’t have a desk or an office. These workers are the backbone of the global economy, the people we interact with every day in stores, on buses, in our hospitals, delivering our parcels, and maintaining our buildings. The current generation of workplace technology doesn’t fit their needs, Blink enables those people to be productive, informed, and engaged while on the move.
We've built a fresh approach to an old problem. Our goal is to be the #1 choice for the mobile enterprise, to build the workplace "super-app" that brings together in one place the people and information that matter.
We're motivated, positive and social; we're all different, but these traits tie us together. We work closely as a team and genuinely value each other's opinions. Most of all, we try and learn as much as we can from one another, through knowledge sharing and healthy debate.
The Role We're hiring a digital marketing manager to own the systems behind our growth: the tracking that tells us what's working, the automation that nurtures our pipeline, and the paid campaigns that bring in demand. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing operations and digital promotion, which means you'll be just as comfortable configuring a GA4 funnel as you are optimizing a LinkedIn bid strategy.
This is a hands-on, build-it-yourself role. You won't be managing a big team of specialists. You'll be the specialist, working closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps to make sure every dollar we spend and every lead we generate is tracked, nurtured, and reported on properly.
What you'll do Analytics and tracking: You'll build end-to-end tracking across the buyer journey, from anonymous visitor to closed customer. That means setting up Google Tag Manager, configuring GA4 funnels to spot where users drop off, and building multi-touch attribution so we know which channels actually drive pipeline. You'll also build the executive dashboards in HubSpot that give leadership a real-time view of pipeline velocity, deal leakage, and marketing-sourced revenue.
Marketing operations: You'll own our HubSpot Marketing Operations instance from the ground up. That includes building behavior-triggered workflows that move leads through early lifecycle stages, through to MQL and SQL stages based on how they engage with our content, and keeping our database clean: property mapping, list segmentation, and data validation that all line up with our personas and ideal customer profiles. You’ll build bespoke audiences that match campaign cycle needs.
Paid media and channel execution: You'll plan and run campaigns across Google (search, display, and video), LinkedIn, and Meta. You'll set up conversion event tracking that trains each platform's delivery algorithm properly, manage pacing and bid strategy against goals like target ROAS, and run ongoing A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages to bring down acquisition costs.
Search Engine Marketing: Own organic and paid search strategy. Ensure coverage of keywords and AI search queries with content and proper CMS structuring to optimized rankings via interlinking, backlinking, pillar page/cluster topic, CMS optimized H1, H2, meta descriptions, etc. For key commercial intent searches implement the paid search and AI search strategy provide extra cover.
Cross-functional support: Growth marketing touches everything. You'll pitch in on adjacent projects as they come up, keeping campaigns aligned with the bigger picture.
Requirements What you bring:
- Several years of experience running digital marketing operations and paid acquisition, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. You've built this stuff before, not just used dashboards someone else built.
- Real experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, including budget and bid management.
- A working knowledge of attribution modeling and how to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Comfort with data hygiene and Marketing engine/CRM structure. You know what a clean database looks like and why it matters.
- A builder's mindset. You'd rather set up the system once, correctly, than patch the same problem every month.
KPIs:
- Achieve qualified quarterly pipeline goals
- Blended CAC or cost per SQL across paid channels, must trend down quarter over quarter. This ties to “bring down acquisition costs.”
- MQL to SQL conversion rate must achieve x set quarterly. It shows whether the lifecycle workflows and scoring are sending sales the right leads.
- Paid media ROAS (or pipeline per $ spent) against target, by channel.
- Organic and AI search share for priority commercial keywords. Measure rankings, AI answer citations, and organic-sourced pipeline.
Benefits 💚 Why Blink? You will have the opportunity to be part of something impactful, large-scale, and meaningful. Most importantly, you’ll work for a company with a strong purpose, with an ambitious and supportive team embarking on a journey most start-ups can only dream of!
Benefits include:
