Assisting with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, signage, and event materialsSupporting faculty lunches and meetings, including beverage setup, catering assistance, replenishment, and post-event cleanupAssisting with inventory management, supply organization, and receiving deliveriesHelping maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of event and shared spaces throughout the Littlefield Home and Flawn Academic CenterReceiving and coordinating vendor or catering deliveries as neededAssisting with onsite event logistics and guest support at LFH, FAC, and occasional offsite eventsProviding general operational and administrative support for the SCL Events teamPerforming additional duties as assigned
