We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN Unit Manager to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, a top-ranked provider of hotel-style healthcare in Monmouth County, New Jersey. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our team of caregivers.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on your designated unit, ensuring seamless coordination of care and services

Lead and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure outstanding patient outcomes

Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Conduct regular rounding on patients, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
