This person will help shape how we grow, not just execute inside a narrow lane. This is a seat close to decisions and close to outcomes. What you will do This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. That means the scope will shift as the company evolves, but it will likely include:

• Launching and refining GTM motions
• Strengthening operational systems so the team moves faster
• Designing and running experiments tied to clear outcomes
• Identifying bottlenecks and fixing them
• Turning ambiguous problems into structured plans

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and scope of the role.
