Full job description

About Corridor Corridor is the first AI-native employee benefits brokerage. We believe AI fundamentally changes the economics of great service. Our mission is to preserve what makes service valuable (human expertise, judgment, and accountability) while dramatically expanding who can access it. We help employers design, buy and run their benefits, with AI doing the busywork that has always slowed brokers down, so our advisors can spend their time on what clients actually need. We're a small, talent-dense team backed by Bain Capital Ventures and other leading investors, building a new kind of services business from the ground up.

About the Role We're looking for a Member of Growth Staff (MoGS) to help expand our distribution across new industries and customer segments. Employers have different buyers, distribution channels, and reasons to choose Corridor. A 15-person restaurant group buys benefits differently from a 200-person engineering firm. Figuring out how to win each of them requires a combination of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and exceptional execution. You'll work closely with other members of the Growth team to identify opportunities, develop and test new go-to-market strategies, and turn successful experiments into repeatable growth engines. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, fit for an experienced generalist comfortable with ambiguity. You'll have meaningful ownership from day one, working across strategy, analytics, and marketing to solve whichever problems matter most.

What You'll Do

  • Build new growth motions from zero to one. Identify opportunities across new industry verticals, develop go-to-market strategies, and own experiments from initial hypothesis through execution and measurement.

  • Find unconventional distribution opportunities. Challenge existing assumptions; exploring new channels, partnerships, and strategies that create a differentiated advantage for Corridor.

  • Make data-driven decisions. Analyze markets, customer behavior, funnel performance, and unit economics to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources effectively.

  • Turn experiments into scalable systems. Move quickly to validate ideas, establish clear success criteria, and build repeatable processes around what works.

  • Own measurable business outcomes. Set ambitious goals, track performance rigorously, and take accountability for the results of your work.

  • Work across the business. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to turn insights into initiatives that move the company forward.

What We're Looking For

  • Analytical rigor. You can break down ambiguous problems, develop structured hypotheses, and use quantitative and qualitative evidence to reach defensible conclusions.

  • Exceptional judgment. You can distinguish high-leverage opportunities from distractions, make clear decisions with incomplete information, and articulate the reasoning behind them.

  • Creative problem-solving. You think independently, challenge conventional approaches, and consistently find solutions others might overlook.

  • Ownership and accountability. You measure yourself by outcomes rather than activity, take responsibility when things don't work, and follow through relentlessly.

  • Clear communication and low ego. You can make a compelling argument, collaborate with exceptional teammates, and change your mind when presented with better evidence.

  • Technical curiosity. You're excited to leverage agentic AI and modern tools to accomplish substantially more than would traditionally be possible.

Experience in growth, startups, consulting, investing, or another analytically demanding environment is valuable, but we care more about demonstrable ability than a particular background.
