Full job description
CoverForce is building the foundation that the next generation of commercial insurance will run on. Our API connects wholesalers, MGAs, brokerages, and insurtech platforms to 60+ carrier integrations through a single connection, the infrastructure that everyone from early-stage insurtech startups to billion-dollar brokerages can build on. Backed by Insight Partners with ~$18M raised. Our platform already powers some of the largest distributors in the country, and we're scaling fast: adding carriers, lines of business, and customers every quarter. The Role We're hiring a Content & Demand Generation Manager to be the second person on our marketing team. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, who leads strategy, ABM, community, and positioning. You'll own the content, design, and channels that take that strategy to market. Roughly half your time goes to content and design, a quarter to paid, and a quarter to programs and events. You'll pitch your own ideas, run your projects from first draft to launch day, and see your work show up in sales conversations the same week. If you're a strong writer who can also design, and you want real ownership at a startup that's growing fast, this is the seat for you. What You'll Actually Do
-
Write content people actually read. LinkedIn posts, blogs, landing pages, ad copy, and email, plus ghostwritten thought leadership for our CEO. You'll make a technical industry clear and interesting.
-
Turn our data into stories. We sit on quote and carrier data no one else has. You'll turn it into reports like our WC Rate Index and Carrier API Index, and the posts that put them in front of the market.
-
Design everything you ship. Ads, social graphics, one-pagers, reports, and event materials, built on our brand system and extended as we grow.
-
Tell customer stories. Interview customers and turn those conversations into case studies, testimonials, and insights that sharpen our messaging.
-
Grow organic and paid. Own SEO and AEO, from keyword research to reporting. Run and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
-
Run programs end to end. Webinars, events, the newsletter, and our new education program for independent agents. The calendar, the timelines, and the follow-up are yours.
-
Build AI into how we work. Use AI to research, design, and analyze faster, and build workflows and agents that take repetitive work off the team's plate.
What We're Looking For
-
3–6 years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS, fintech, or insurtech startup.
-
Exceptional writer. You make complex topics simple and turn features into outcomes.
-
Strong designer. Layout, typography, and hierarchy, with a portfolio across ads, social, and reports.
-
Creative. You always have a few ideas you're itching to try, and your portfolio has work that made people stop scrolling.
-
You finish things. You've juggled several projects at once, with stakeholders and vendors, and shipped on time.
-
Good with people. Customers open up to you, and you're as comfortable with a CEO as you are on camera.
-
Strong in SEO or paid (LinkedIn and Google Ads), and eager to grow in the other.
-
Data-curious. You check the numbers after launch and change course when they tell you to.
-
AI-native. AI is part of how you research, design, and analyze every day, and you've built workflows with it. You can walk us through what you built, why, and what it saves.
Bonus Points
-
Insurance, insurtech, or vertical SaaS background.
-
Product marketing experience: one-pagers, battlecards, launch content.
-
Experience with HubSpot.
What We Offer
-
Base salary of $90K–$120K, plus meaningful equity.
-
Full healthcare, dental, and vision benefits for employees and their families.
-
Unlimited PTO.
-
Monthly in-person meetups (on the company).
-
Parental leave for all kinds of parents (including adoption and foster care).
-
Hybrid work environment (3 days in office in New York, NY).
