Performance Tracking Supervisor

Prioritizes assignments and adjusts or adapts service delivery as needed. - Manage and update internal tracking systems and dashboards. - Reviews case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements Conducts file and system maintenance reviews for all programs Oversee the design, generation, and analysis of performance reports Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality assurance plans Conducts Company audits and standard quarterly reviews to ensure standard operating procedures and services are being effectively delivered Recommend corrective actions; implement corrective action plans, regarding overall project success Customer satisfaction results to senior management and keeps senior management informed as to the status of program case management and performance Provides trend analysis report to senior leaders Develop and coordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively Manage weekly follow-up calls to customers to update employment status Identifies appropriate performance measurements and develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance Identifies contractor policy letter requirements and ensure implementation and compliance to those requirements Implement a continuous performance improvement process through the continuing review of operations and administrative systems consistent with company Initiatives Perform other duties as assignedQualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related experience Prior experience in...
