The Role:
As a part of helping property owners reduce their property taxes, we regularly work with government entities across the country. Each entity has its own rules, government forms, and tax appeal filing deadlines which require us to have top-notch communication and execution.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our Operations team. You'll be responsible for helping the broader team stay on track by keeping us organized, ensuring documents are promptly filed and recorded, and helping us establish new processes to improve efficiency.
An ideal candidate will be the most organized person you've ever met, with great attention to detail, a quick learner, and highly motivated to take on more. This opportunity provides entry and endless growth opportunities at a hyper-growth startup!
Responsibilities:

Verify customer information and details of real estate properties

Execute data entry from government websites (tax rates, property addresses, owner information, etc.)

File appropriate documents with tax assessment offices on tight schedules and coordinate with government counterparts

Learn to become proficient in both real estate and the property tax system

Exhibit effective time management while proactively working with the Operations team to file on-time property tax appeals

Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, efficiency, and value of operations

Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
