Administrative Assistant – Financial Services
New York, NY (Must reside locally)
Pay: $25/hour + Overtime Eligible
Are you looking to launch or grow your career in financial services? Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced wealth management team in New York City.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative experience or recent graduates with
strong internship or office experience who are eager to build a long-term career within a professional corporate environment.
What You'll Do

Provide administrative support to multiple professionals in a fast-paced office

Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
-
Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with document management and scanning
-
Help organize internal meetings, recruiting activities, and client-facing events
-
Reserve conference rooms, coordinate catering, prepare meeting materials, and greet visitors
-
Support day-to-day operational and client service initiatives while maintaining a high level of professionalism
-
Partner with internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For

2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment or recent college graduates with relevant internship or office experience

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset

High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
