As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch through exceptional customer service, employee engagement, community involvement, and business development activities. You will lead and develop branch staff, coach employees to achieve individual and team goals, and ensure customers receive outstanding service. This position plays a key role in growing relationships within the community while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Lead daily branch operations and team performance. Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth. Build and strengthen customer relationships. Support branch sales and referral goals. Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management. Participate in community and networking activities. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
