Join BSNB as an Assistant Branch Manager and help deliver an exceptional banking experience for our customers. In this role, you'll support daily branch operations, assist with staff development, and help customers identify banking solutions that meet their financial needs. You'll process a variety of transactions, open and maintain accounts, assist with consumer lending activities, and help ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position also partners closely with branch leadership to support team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Support daily branch operations and help maintain an efficient, customer-focused environment. Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and a variety of banking transactions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services. Support consumer lending activities and generate referrals to other business lines when appropriate. Assist with employee coaching, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Help drive branch sales, customer service, and operational goals. Partner with branch leadership to strengthen customer relationships and team performance.
