Full job description

About Pronghorn Overview At Pronghorn, we are building a movement. Rooted in culture, innovation, and equity, we exist to create real pathways to success across the Spirits industry and beyond.

Whether you're behind the scenes or at the forefront of the brand, working at Pronghorn means stepping into purpose. We believe in bold ideas, relentless execution, and creating space for people to show up fully as themselves — and win.

Pronghorn Partner Collaboration At Pronghorn, we leverage powerful partnerships to build pathways. We proudly collaborate with some of the biggest and most respected names in the Spirits industry to connect bold talent with bold brands.

Whether you’re supporting internal growth or contributing to a partner initiative, you’ll gain real-world exposure, strategic access, and unmatched insight into an industry that’s being reshaped in real time. Every role has the potential to intersect with our partner network — driving visibility, impact, and results that go far beyond the job description.

About the role Our partner operates as "a hospitality-driven ecosystem building and growing purpose-driven brands" in beverage alcohol and CPG sectors. The organization comprises interconnected ventures focused on taking brands "from strategy to shelf, from first account to national scale." Barrel & Bloom Agency, their sales division, provides fractional executive leadership and specialized field sales teams for emerging brands.

The Brand Growth Partner serves as a field operator anchored in Detroit, covering clustered territories within a 2.5 hour driving radius. The position involves managing up to six brands simultaneously with a structured schedule: four field days and one administrative day weekly.

What you'll do

  • Build relationships with buyers and operators across on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Develop new distribution aligned to brand strategies
  • Conduct staff trainings and menu placements at priority accounts
  • Execute distributor ride-alongs regularly
  • Submit weekly activity reports and monthly KPI summaries via CRM
  • Coordinate with assigned executive sales leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years field sales, brand ambassadorship, or distributor experience in beverage alcohol or hospitality
  • Existing buyer and distributor relationships in target markets
  • Service-oriented mindset prioritizing relationships over transactional sales
  • Self-directed accountability with structured KPI tracking
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 21+ years old, eligible to work in the United States

When you join the Pronghorn network, you’re stepping into a community of leaders, creators, and innovators driving real change across the spirits industry. Here, your voice matters. Your ideas move. And your work shows up in real ways — in culture, in communities, and on shelves nationwide.

We move fast. We lead boldly. And we invest in our people every step of the way. Pay & Benefits

  • Health, dental, vision coverage (75% employer-paid)
