Full job description
Develops, coordinates, and provides advising for customized study abroad programs.Collaborates and consults with faculty, vendors, and other UT units on program planning and emergency preparedness.Negotiates and processes contract with vendors and UT units. Manages program budgets and billing.Promotes program via the development of web-based, digital and/or print materials, information sessions, and one-on-one advising. Builds and maintain professional relationships with key faculty, staff and administrators; develop a strong understanding of the academic structure of degree plans.Works with Global Risk and Safety to complete SAIGE, monitor host country health, safety and security developments and ensure compliance with university requirements.Develops program assessments, emergency responses, and contingency plans.Works with Director on collecting/analyzing data and preparing reports for International Engineering Education presentations to external entities including advisory boards and academic units.Supervises credit processing and student assistants.Performs other related duties as assigned.
