Job Description
The FP&A Consolidation partner is responsible for leading enterprise financial consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of actuals, forecasts, and plans across the organization. This position partners closely with Accounting, Treasury, and Business Finance teams to deliver a single source of truth, provide meaningful variance analysis, and translate financial results into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Essential Functions

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes through financial modeling and consolidation activities.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness of consolidated actuals, forecasts, and long-range plans
-
Conduct scenario analysis to help inform decisions based on ROI
-
Understand and be able to explain to users, funds transfer pricing methodologies
-
Identify and determine reporting frequency, format, and distribution
-
Consolidate monthly, quarterly, forecast, budget, and strategic planning results across business units and legal entities
-
Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities for management.

Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and business leaders to deliver timely financial insights and support decision-making

Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Maintain strong internal controls over financial data, reporting, and consolidation processes
-
Support internal and external audit requests related to financial reporting and planning activities
Additional Essential Functions

Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations

Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency

Work as part of a team

Work with on-site equipment
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Management
Work Experience
8 - 12 years In Finance or related field

Excellent communication and presentation skills
