Recruiting Coordinator

Description

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support a short-term Contract assignment in Baytown, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hiring environment and can help drive recruiting activity. The person in this position will play a key part in identifying entry-level manufacturing talent, coordinating candidate outreach, and keeping the interview process organized and efficient. Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts for Pipe Mill positions by managing a high volume of candidate activity throughout the project.

• Identify and engage entry-level manufacturing talent through proactive sourcing methods and candidate outreach.

• Review incoming resumes to assess alignment with hiring needs and move suitable applicants through the process.

• Conduct initial candidate contact calls to discuss interest, availability, and basic qualifications.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams while maintaining timely communication.

• Track applicant progress accurately within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting records remain up to date.

• Assist with onboarding-related coordination as needed to help create a smooth hiring experience.

• Provide hands-on support across day-to-day recruiting tasks to help meet project timelines over the 2-4 week assignment.

Requirements • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting support, or a similar talent acquisition role.

• Ability to manage interview scheduling and candidate communication in a high-volume environment.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate candidate records.

• Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates for entry-level or manufacturing-related openings.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Clear and detail-oriented verbal and written communication skills.

• Background supporting full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, or onboarding activities is preferred. TalentMatch®
