Description

The Residential Program Manager (RPM) is responsible for the health, safety and well-being of assigned residents, as well as providing supervision and direction to house staff. He/she is responsible for assisting the Residential Coordinator with all house and resident monies and oversight of house and property maintenance.

Ridgeis located in the center of Carmel in walking distance to town. The nine men that live atRidgeenjoy occasionally walking to town for events and to visit local restaurants. The men atRidgehave a great sense of humor and enjoy joking with staff while working along-side them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40 hours weekly - Tuesday 1p-9p, Wednesday 1p-9p, Thursday 2p-10p, Friday 1p-9p, Saturday 9a-5p

Starting Salary: $62,353.20 annually

Minimum Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree preferred.

  • Strong organization skills and supervisory experience

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Acceptable NYS Driver's license
