Answer incoming phone calls and emails and interact with visitors and staff.Hand out checks for pick up and complete pick-up log.Log and file returned checks and contact customers with information regarding the check.Send out requested tax documents to vendors.Assist with filing needs and other paper-related administrative tasks.Act as backup to Accounting and Payroll Services team during lunch or other absences.Other duties as assigned.
