Full job description
Provide general administrative assistance to the TMI administrative team.Check, sort, and distribute incoming mail and retrieve packages from the receiving station.Assist with payment processes, including delivering checks to the cashiers office for deposit.Assist with filing, scanning, and shredding of documents.Assists with setup and cleanup of weekly seminar events (Fall).Take photos at graduate program events, seminars and distinguished lecture series.Assist with TMI website and newsletters.
