Process instructional material orders via purchase orders, onlinetx-shop credit card system, and internal Smartsheet request.Prepare interdepartmental orders for off-site contracted services and professional development training sessionsPrint the instructional materials using a fiery software system on a large production printer.Bind the instructional materials using a coil machine, laminate or shrink wrap the materials.Prepare binders with the printed material.Monitor office supplies inventory management; communicate with supervisor when supplies need to be re-ordered.Organize and maintain customer orders filing system.Prepare instructional materials for professional development sessions.Scan various office documents and check for accuracy.Assists in activities, events, special projectsat the Dana Center.Participate in processes and activities designed to establish an organizational culture.As other duties as assigned.
