Job Description
Med-Surg RN provides comprehensive care to adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Responsible for assessing patient health status, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams.
Med-Surg RNs play a critical role in patient education, discharge planning, and promoting optimal outcomes while ensuring patient safety and adherence to healthcare standards. They must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
