Full job description

As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for helping drive new-logo revenue for Attend. You'll open doors with teams, venues, and rights holders across NFL, MLS, NBA, NHL, NCAA, and beyond, into adjacent entertainment and live-events verticals, then structure the enterprise-level deals that turn those conversations into long-term partnerships.

This is a hunter role for a seller who already has the relationships and hungry to drive positive change into the industry. You've sold into sports and entertainment (ideally from the vendor or agency side), you know how to get to the right people, and you're energized by a small, fast-moving company where your results are visible and your input shapes how we sell. As one of our first dedicated sellers, you'll help build the playbook, with a path to grow into leadership as the team scales.

As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for: New Logo Pipeline & Growth

  • Own a quota and build a new-logo pipeline across professional sports, collegiate, and adjacent live-entertainment venues
  • Leverage your existing network to open doors quickly, then build the outreach cadence that keeps pipeline full beyond your own relationships
  • Research, prioritize, and plan target accounts, identifying the right stakeholders and the right entry point at each organization
  • Represent Attend at industry events, league meetings, and executive-level conversations

Deal Structuring & Closing

  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales, from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Structure and negotiate partnership and licensing agreements
  • Navigate front offices, procurement, and multi-stakeholder buying committees to get deals done
  • Hand off closed deals cleanly to Client Strategy & Growth so new partners get off to a strong start

Go-to-Market Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Client Strategy & Growth, Marketing, and Product to translate market feedback into a sharper pitch and roadmap
  • Contribute to Attend's sales process, playbook, and messaging as one of the founding members of the sales team
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in our CRM and share market learnings with leadership
  • Travel is expected to be 50%
