As we continue to expand ourStrategic Accounts & Health Economics (SAHE)function, we are adding aHealth Economics Solutions Managerto help elevate the economic and clinical value of our wound care portfolio.
This position is being added to provide dedicated support for key Wound Care Key Account Management (KAM) accounts, Post-Acute DSA accounts, and Government DSA accounts. By expanding the team, we will strengthen customer coverage across these critical segments, ensuring customers receive the appropriate level of health economics support while maintaining focused partnership and engagement within our DSA account structure.
The Opportunity
TheHealth Economics Solutions Manager (HESM)serves as astrategic, customer‑facing partnerto hospitals and integrated delivery networks, engaging at both thefacility and system level. This role blendshealth economics expertise, real‑world evidence generation, and executive‑level storytellingto help customers achieve measurable improvements in outcomes, quality metrics, and financial performance.
This is not an entry‑level health economics role.
We are seeking a professional withreal‑world healthcare experiencewho can collaborate cross‑functionally, lead without authority, and credibly engage mid‑ to senior‑level stakeholders (including C‑suite and service line leadership).

What You’ll Do

Partner with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and National Accounts to deliverevidence‑based economic and clinical value strategies

Translate clinical and operational challenges (e.g., pressure injury prevention, HAC reduction, value‑based purchasing requirements) intodata‑driven solutions
-
Develop and deliverhealth economic toolssuch as budget impact models, ROI analyses, and total value scorecards
-
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Strategic Accounts to supportsystem‑level value messaging and contracting discussions
-
Co‑createreal‑world evidencewith customers to validate outcomes and strengthen long‑term partnerships
-
Serve as ahealth economics subject matter expert, contributing to customer presentations, thought leadership, RFP/RFI support, and educational initiatives

Represent Mölnlycke at key industry conferences and strategic customer engagements
What We’re Looking For
We are open todiverse backgrounds, with a strong preference for candidates who bringreal-world healthcare experienceand have operated in complex, matrixed environments.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, health policy, health administration, business, or related field
-
6+ years of experience in acustomer‑facing healthcare rolewithin medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare consulting, or related industry
-
Experience engaging hospital and system‑level stakeholders onoutcomes, economics, reimbursement, or quality initiatives
-
Strong understanding ofvalue‑based care frameworks, CMS regulations, and acute/post‑acute healthcare environments
-
Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate it intoclear, compelling value narratives
-
Comfortable leading through influence and collaborating across multiple internal teams
Strongly Preferred
-
Experience inwound care, surgical care, or patient safety initiatives
-
Background in health economics, market access, outcomes research, quality improvement, or healthcare consulting
-
Clinical background (e.g., nursing) with progression into leadership, quality, or system‑level roles
-
Familiarity with IDN decision‑making, value analysis committees, and hospital financial structures

Travel:Up to ~50% domestic travel
