POSITION SUMMARY: This co-op position will assist IT with the execution of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative (Oracle Fusion) in support of Testing and End-User Readiness for the functional teams, which includes the following: - Help develop end-user training materials, job aids, work instructions, and reference documentation for ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Procurement. - Update and maintain test scripts and related testing documentation as business processes and system configuration evolve. - Execute test scripts, log defects, and track resolution during system and end-to-end testing cycles. - Assist with requirements documentation and business process mapping. - Support training delivery logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and collecting participant feedback. - Provide go-live support, including troubleshooting, ticket triage, and user assistance. - Assist with project coordination tasks such as meeting notes, status tracking, and follow-up actions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: - Hands-on experience with testing and organizational readiness in a full ERP implementation lifecycle. - Exposure to cross-functional business processes and enterprise technology. - Practical skills in technical writing, systems testing, and project coordination. - Mentorship from experienced IT and business professionals. ADDITIONAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: - Regular and predictable work performance - Ability to work under fast paced conditions - Ability to make decisions and use good judgment - Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required - Ability to successfully work with others - Additional duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Information Technology or related field - Strong written communication skills; ability to explain system steps in plain language for end users. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Interest in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). - Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio applications - Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced project environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Coursework or experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content development. - Exposure to any Enterprise software package. Examples: ERP OTHER REQ
