Description
POSITION: Branch Manager
Position Summary:

By leveraging innovative banking solutions, offering outstanding service, and continuously deepening our relationships with both consumer and business customers, you will be instrumental in upholding our brand promise: treating every customer as if they were our only customer.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Team Development
§ Lead, coach and develop team by conducting consistent one-on-one meetings and creating individualized development plans for performance and career growth.
§ Ensure timely completion of all HR cycle tasks.
§ Build a high-performing team and foster a respectful work environment and further a culture of inclusion by building connections using the tools of listening, compassion and understanding.
§ Maintain an active role in the community you serve and motivate team to volunteer.
§ Work on projects as needed.
Business Growth and Customer Experience
§ Develop strategies to lead your team to achieve and/or exceed organizational goals. Use data to better understand our customers, and tailor appropriate solutions to build strong customer relationships.
§ Drive small business growth and retention through a consultative approach and execution of business strategy, including customer outreach and prospecting.
§ Embrace and leverage technology tools to support business growth.
§ Consistently demonstrate and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
§ Create a team environment that encourages the team to build trusting customer relationships and confidently recommend solutions to help our customers along their financial journey.
Operations, Risk & Compliance
§ Create an operationally strong environment in the branch, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures and risk/audit expectations.
§ Understands and adheres to all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), regulatory, security, retail banking and bank-wide policies and procedures.
§ Ensure team adherence to regulatory requirements and Compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
-
Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

3 years’ Branch Management experience or equivalent retail management.
-
5 years’ proven experience in sales, service, and operations.
-
Ability to work independently, take accountability for actions, manage competing priorities, and make quick, high-quality decisions.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to travel to and work at other branches, as needed.

Salary Range:
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $92,110.00 - $118,520.00. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Cambridge Savings Bank offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for full-time roles including healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, performance bonus opportunities, a 401(k) plan and match, flexible time off, and others.
