Position Title: Project Manager, Emerging Talent Intern

Hourly Rate: $21.00 (Graduate)

All internship positions are onsite and require regular, in-person attendance at the designated work location with a minimum of 20hrs per a week.

OVERVIEW OF DEPARTMENT:

The Project Management Unit is responsible for handling Project Management for all Paratransit Intelligent Transportation Systems either operating or capital funded. The intern will assist and supports project execution by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking to ensure tasks stay aligned with project timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update and organize project documents.

  • Track deadlines, milestones, and progress.

  • Prepare meeting materials and capture notes.

  • Gather updates from project teams.

  • Maintain dashboards and tracking tools.

  • Assist with basic data analysis.

  • Document workflows and improvement ideas.

  • Support scheduling and project communications.

PROJECTS:

  • Paratransit Technology Solutions

  • Automatic Vehicle Location & Monitoring (AVLM)

  • AI pilot

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

  • The candidate should possess organizational, analytical and communication skills.

  • The candidate should be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • The candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently while being an active team player.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • Matriculated in a graduate program in good standing with at least 2.8 GPA

  • Major(s) Preferred: Project Management or related field.
