About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Tableau helped define modern business intelligence. Now we have the opportunity to reinvent it.
With a massive global customer base, a deeply established product, and decades of analytical innovation, Tableau is uniquely positioned to lead the shift from traditional BI to agentic analytics, fundamentally changing how people and AI agents explore data, reason analytically, create trusted intelligence, and turn insights into action.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Product Management to lead a strategic area of Tableau's product portfolio. This leader will have end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, customer outcomes, and team development, with the autonomy and accountability to drive meaningful business impact.
Beyond their immediate portfolio, this person will play an important leadership role in shaping Tableau's broader product strategy, organization, and ways of working.
The Mandate: Build the Next Generation of Analytics. Lead a strategic product portfolio that advances Tableau's mission to help every person and AI agent see, understand, and act on data.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a significant area of Tableau's product portfolio, making difficult tradeoffs and ensuring products work together as a cohesive end-to-end experience
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization, recruiting exceptional talent and holding teams accountable for outcomes, not simply feature delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX leadership to establish a shared product vision, priorities, and execution plan, driving alignment and resolving complex dependencies
- Take GM-like accountability for customer outcomes, adoption, engagement, and business performance, representing the portfolio in executive strategy discussions and product reviews
You're Our Person If...
- Proven experience owning complex, high-impact product portfolios, ideally within enterprise software, analytics, data platforms, or AI, with strong product judgment on prioritization and investment decisions
- Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product management teams, and leading through ambiguity and organizational change
- Strong technical fluency to engage deeply with Engineering and UX, and an understanding of how AI and emerging technologies are changing enterprise software
- Demonstrated success bringing innovative products to market and driving adoption, engagement, and business outcomes, with executive presence and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
